Why visit Marbella? HISTORY
One of the cosiest parts of Marbella is the narrow streets with an Arabic-andalusian taste found in the old town of Marbella, with its white houses and its pots full of flowers on the balconies. Nevertheless, the Orange tree square (Plaza de los naranjos) is the human and geographic center of Marbella, and at night it opens the doors to elelegant and distinguished guests.
When you leave the plaza de los naranjos, on the right end you will find the ruins of the castle and the church of the Encarnación (1618), the bonsai´s museum, the theatre, theengraving museum, avenida del mar with Dalí sculptures, Alameda´s park, etc. Marbella is well known for its old quarter cultural heritage as well as its heavingly climate, location and hospitality of their citizens.

In Marbella you can find great sports opportunities, as well as both cultural and commercial offers. There is wonderful beaches where you can practice water sports such as kite surfing, sailing, scuba diving, water skiing, and everything that may involve an interaction between nature, sport, and marine waters.
You will also be able to enjoy many different famous theme parks and attractions in the area such as Tivoli Word in Benalmadena, Selwo Marina, Cable Car, and Selwo Aventura in Estepona.
The city of Málaga is only 60 Km away, it is well known for its magnificent cathedral, the Alcazaba and the famous Picasso Museum, dedicated to the most influential artist of the twentieth century Pablo Picasso (1881-1973). Picasso was born in this town where you can find a broad cultural heritage. Picasso continued this legacy and became the innovator of styles and techniques that changed the course of modern art.
